Logging in on mobile and desktop

You can access your paris8 account from your Android phone, iOS browser, or desktop web browser. On mobile, download the paris8 APK from our app page or open the site in your browser and save it as a home screen shortcut. Account security and session management

Your paris8 login credentials are stored using bcrypt hashing; we never store your plain-text password. When you log in, we verify your credentials and issue a secure session token that expires after a set period of inactivity (typically subject to verification on mobile, subject to verification on desktop). If you close your browser or app without logging out, your session remains active until it expires. You can manually log out from any page to end your session immediately.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately from the account settings page. This terminates all active sessions worldwide and flags your account for a security review. Our support team will investigate any suspicious activity and may ask for verification (such as a recent KYC document) before re-enabling features like withdrawals.

Your account is linked to a verified phone number and email address (set during sign-up and KYC). We use these contact methods to send transactional alerts: login notifications from new devices, deposit confirmations, withdrawal status updates, and account security notices. You can update your email or phone number in your account settings, but both will require re-verification via SMS or email.

Session token
A secure code issued by paris8 after you log in. It allows our servers to recognize you and keep you signed in without re-entering your password each time you navigate.
Password hashing
A security method that converts your password into a one-way encrypted form. Even our team cannot see your actual password; we only verify the hashed version.
Inactivity timeout
If you don't interact with paris8 for a set period, your session automatically ends and you are logged out. This protects your account if you leave your device unattended.

Payment methods and withdrawals after login

Once logged in, you can deposit via QRIS, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or direct bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI). Each deposit method appears in your account based on your verified location (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or other supported regions). Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your balance immediately.

To request a withdrawal, navigate to the withdrawal page in your account settings, select your preferred payment method, and enter the amount. Your withdrawal request is subject to a compliance review window (typically 1–3 business days) to verify the legitimacy of the transaction and prevent fraud. Once approved, funds are transferred back to your chosen payment method. You can view the status of all withdrawals in your account history anytime.
